When signing a child up for After School Care, please complete the following registration packet below:
Registration Packet
When signing up for After School Care please also provide the following items at the time of registration:
- Health & Immunization Record
- Physical (must have been completed within the last 3 years)
- Birth Certificate
WEEKLY FEES
- Facility Members - $70 per week per child, plus Transportation fee (if applicable)
- Community Members - $80 per week per child, plus Transportation fee (if applicable)
TRANSPORTATION FEE
$10 per week (per child) is applied if your child attends the following schools:
- Kersey Creek Elementary
- Gandy Elementary
- Henry Clay Elementary
- Rural Point Elementary
- Pearson’s Corner Elementary
- Liberty Middle
- Chickahominy Middle
REGISTRATION FEES
- Community Members - $55
- Returning Participants & Facility Members- $25
