TRAIL RUNNING GROUP
Try trail running with the North Richmond YMCA Trail Running Program. If you just finished the Monument Avenue 10k and are looking for the next challenge, this is it! The program includes 10 coached sessions on the James River Trail System, weekly running schedules, and 3 progressive skill levels.
